I am in love with chai tea. When ordering my coveted chai tea latte with soy milk at coffee shops it tends to be made with the tasty Oregon Chai brand. When coming up with Oregon themed Foodie Fridays, making a dessert with the flavoring of chai seemed like a natural fit. Of course I felt the need to take my love of chai one step further and make chai biscotti to dip in my chai tea. Oregon Chai offers a simple recipe that is easy to whip up. The only trouble I had was when mixing the dough with my mixer, it becomes very dense and I would recommend making biscotti only if you have a nicer mixer. This proved to be my mixers last meal. (But worth it, that’s what baking is for!)

Friends since middle school, we continue to inspire each other to be creative in our big, adult lives. Each season we take on a new theme to guide our crafting, cooking, and creating. We're up for trying anything, and things are bound to get messy. But that's just the way we like it.
