This week’s Foodie Friday is brought to you by a new favorite cooking blog of mine, Chocolate Shavings. While this Orange and Ricotta Pound Cake does not actually have chocolate in it, it’s still worth your time to make. The only change to the recipe I made was to exchange the Grand Marnier for Orange Triple Sec, due to lack of the first on hand. A lovely summer evening treat!
